1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TrackMyTips, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

TrackMyTips is a personal productivity tool designed to help service industry workers track their work shifts, tips, and earnings. The app provides analytics and insights to help optimize earning potential.

3. User Accounts

On iOS you may Sign in with Apple or continue as a guest. On Android (beta) you may Sign in with Google or continue as a guest. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. Anonymous (guest) accounts and their data may be permanently deleted upon logout.

4. User Data

You retain all rights to the data you enter into TrackMyTips. Your shift data, tips, and notes are stored securely in Firebase and are only accessible by you. We do not share, sell, or distribute your personal earnings data to third parties.

5. AI Analysis

TrackMyTips uses artificial intelligence to analyze your shift data and provide insights. These analyses are generated by third-party AI services and should be used as guidance only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated insights.

6. Limitations of Liability

TrackMyTips is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, financial decisions made based on app insights, or any indirect damages arising from use of the app.

7. Data Deletion

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through the Settings menu. This action is permanent and cannot be undone. If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion at https://trackmytips.app/delete-account. We may also permanently delete accounts and all associated data that have been inactive for one year or longer.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
