About TrackMyTips

What it does

You clock in and out, log tips, record an optional Total Tip-Out, set an hourly wage per role, and read earnings on a calendar, in reports, and against weekly or monthly goals. Optional AI insights run only when you tap Analyze with AI on Reports.

The iOS app has five tabs: Home, Shifts, Goals, Reports, and Settings. Roles are Hostess, Expo, Server, and Bartender — those four, with a wage stored per role when you clock in.

Platforms and accounts

iOS is on the App Store. Sign in with Apple, or Continue as Guest. There is no Google sign-in on iOS.

Android is in beta. There you can continue as a guest or Sign in with Google.

Guest (anonymous) data is temporary. On iOS, Log Out deletes the guest account and its progress; uninstalling or signing out before you link Apple can lose that data too. Apple-linked accounts keep data across logouts. Delete a linked account in Settings → Delete Account, or via the delete account page.

What it is not

TrackMyTips is not a POS, payroll, or bank connection. It does not import schedules or split tips into cash versus card as its own field. It is not tax software and does not provide tax or financial advice — Income History PDFs say so explicitly. AI insights are guidance only, not a guarantee.
