Calendar and shift list in TrackMyTips

Updated September 12, 2026

Two views on the Shifts tab

The Shifts tab is Calendar or List. Calendar is for seeing when you worked (and when you scheduled). List is the shift timeline you edit, add tips to, and delete from.

Month and week

Calendar has month and week grids. Days show worked shifts and scheduled shifts. Under the grid, the app summarizes days scheduled, days worked, and total earnings for that month or week (earnings are each shift’s total earnings: net tips plus wages).

Tap a day to open that day’s shifts instead of scrolling a long list. Jump to today from the calendar header when you have paged away.

List, add, edit, schedule

List is where you add a shift after the fact (clock times, role, optional lump Total Tips, optional Total Tip-Out, optional workplace), add or edit individual tips, record tip-out, and open stats for one shift. Stats include that shift’s tips, wages, total earnings, and $/hour — and skip hourly rate when the shift is under 30 minutes.

You can also schedule upcoming shifts. When a scheduled item is relevant, Home can offer clock-in from it so the worked shift picks up that role (and the wage then set for it).

What the calendar is not

It is not a POS schedule import and not a timesheet you send to payroll. It only shows shifts and scheduled items you entered in TrackMyTips. For $/hour across a week or month, use Reports, not a single calendar cell.
