This Week and Last Week are not available for AI analysis.

Last Month unlocks after at least 12 completed shifts with a duration greater than zero in that range. Completed shifts with no tips or $0 earnings still count. Open shifts and zero-duration shifts do not count.

All Time unlocks after at least 12 completed shifts with a duration greater than zero, spread across at least 3 different calendar months, with at least 3 qualifying shifts in each of 3 months. The months do not need to be consecutive, and a lighter month does not undo months that already qualify.

You still choose the range yourself. If a range has no shifts, it shows “No Shifts in Range” instead of the Analyze with AI button.

The request goes to OpenAI through TrackMyTips. If Reports is filtered to one workplace, the request uses those shifts. For Last Month it includes shift rows: dates and times, role, shift type (Morning / Afternoon / Evening / Late Night from clock-in hour), total tips, net tips, tip-out if you recorded one, wage, wages earned, total earnings, and duration. All Time sends a rolled-up summary rather than every shift row. Individual tips, tip notes, your name, your email address, and your account ID are not sent. Using Analyze is optional. Shift type is only the clock-in hour: Morning from 5am, Afternoon from noon, Evening from 5pm, and Late Night from 10pm through the early morning. A 4pm open and a 10pm close are different labels even when both feel like “night.” The model does not see your restaurant’s schedule, your section, or tips you never typed.

If Total Tip-Out is still blank, net tips on that row match gross tips. Fill the dollar total before you tap Analyze if you want the write-up to describe what you kept. A blank tip-out and a recorded $0 are different answers in the app, and only the recorded one tells the model you already settled the night.

Last Month sends the shift rows you logged. A Friday of six hours, $8/hour, $210 in tips, and a recorded $40 tip-out is about $36.33/hour. Leave that tip-out blank and the same close goes out as $258 total, exactly $43.00/hour. The model will describe the row it received. It cannot tell that you forgot the tip-out.

This Week is never sent. A range you did not select is not sent. Tips you never typed, your section, and the restaurant’s schedule are not sent. All Time, once you have at least 12 completed shifts across 3 months with at least 3 shifts in each of 3 months, sends a rolled-up summary rather than every row.
